Please join Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Journal of Law and Social Policy (JLSP) for the half-day symposium, Police in America: Ensuring Accountability and Mitigating Racial Bias.  From police shootings to unconstitutional stop and frisk practices, news of problematic policing has dominated the headlines during the past year. This reform-focused conference will document and examine the work of the attorneys, policy advocates, community organizers, and police oversight agencies who are working to ensure that 21st Century policing in the United States of America is fair, just, and results in safer communities. The event will be held at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (375 E. Chicago Ave.), on Northwestern’s Chicago campus, from 10 am until 5 pm on November 13, 2015. Please see the JLSP Symposium website for additional details.
